Terms of use
Purpose
The service helps sellers organize factual property information into a draft Seller Property Questionnaire. It is an interview and document-preparation aid, not legal advice, brokerage advice, an inspection, or a substitute for the seller’s independent duty to disclose.
Seller responsibility
Sellers must answer truthfully to the best of their knowledge, correct errors, identify uncertainty, review every draft answer and explanation, and consult their agent or qualified professional when they have questions. The service does not determine whether a fact is legally material.
AI limitations
Voice recognition and AI-generated organization may omit, misunderstand, or incorrectly categorize information. Users must not rely on the transcript, progress counter, or generated PDF as proof that disclosure obligations have been satisfied.
Review and signatures
Generated PDFs are drafts until reviewed and approved by authorized staff and the seller. The service does not insert electronic signatures or initials. Signing and delivery must occur through an authorized transaction process.
Authorized access and form copies
Private links may be used only by the intended seller and authorized transaction staff. Uploaded questionnaire forms must be lawfully obtained and authorized for the transaction. Users may not use this service to reproduce or distribute proprietary forms outside their permitted transaction use.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit another person’s information without authority, upload malicious files, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Access may be revoked to protect sellers, transactions, or the service.
